In Division 2, there are up to 6 teams, each team has 1 competitor in each individual event and 1 relay team in each relay event.</p>\n<p>If 6 teams are not entered in Division 2, the SSÍ board is authorized to invite other clubs to register a B or C team for participation. These teams compete outside the points competition and awards.</p>\n<p>B teams have priority over C teams.</p>\n<p>In Division 1, the number of competitors of each gender must be between 8 and 12, and in Division 2 between 5 and 8 from each team.</p>\n<p>The competition is set up as a fast-paced event in four sessions, with little time between sessions, and the meet will run efficiently. The time between sessions in each division is estimated at about 2 hours. Lunch will be offered in the Blue arena by the pool: lasagna, garlic bread, and salad. It is expected that all teams will take advantage of the lunch option. Price is 2.500kr per person.</p>\n<p>Classrooms and a relaxation area will also be available between sessions.</p>\n<p>Below, clubs must confirm participation in the SSÍ Cup Competition.
